Social Support and Affective Commitment: Mediation Mechanisms of Relational Attachment

This study aims to determine whether social support has an effect on affective commitment and relational attachmen is able mediate the relationship between employees. Sources of data in this paper are primary data. With 99 employees as writing sample. Analysis used PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which operated through WarpPLS program. The results showed that had a positive significant engagement, attachment commitment, was relationships commitmen.
